Brain Wellness Through Cognitive Engagement

Mind Quest Puzzles and Games is proud to offer our Cognitive Wellness Puzzle Program, designed to promote mental stimulation, cognitive engagement, and social connection through enjoyable brain-boosting activities in a welcoming environment.

This program may benefit individuals recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), neurological conditions, memory challenges, cognitive impairments, or anyone seeking to maintain and strengthen cognitive function through regular mental exercise.

Participants engage in activities such as jigsaw puzzles, crosswords, word searches, logic games, and other brain-training exercises that encourage concentration, problem-solving, memory retention, visual-spatial reasoning, and critical thinking skills. In addition to cognitive benefits, participants enjoy meaningful social interaction and a supportive community atmosphere.

Program Details

When: 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month

Session Times (Choose One):

• 11:30 AM 12:30 PM
• 2:30 PM 3:30 PM

Cost: $20 per session

Location: Mind Quest Puzzles and Games

Regular participation is encouraged to support ongoing cognitive engagement and overall brain wellness.
